The Russian low-cost carrier Pobeda has succesfully lauched its first international route from Moscow-Vnukovo to Bratislava. Its the first international scheduled flight of the carrier, which will operate daily flights on this route using B737-800 aircraft. Arrivals in Bratislava are scheduled at 13:45 and departures at 14:15.
Flights of Pobeda have managed to attract signifficant demand. As previously reported, 5000 tickets were sold in 16 hours from sales launch. The first flight was more than well filled, with 151 passangers arriving in Bratislava. Following the official ribbon cutting by the officials, the passangers were welcomed in typical Slovak way with bread and salt. The ceremony was accompanied by folklore music and the dance of children from the dance group Klnka.
